I would like to see a "Craft hall" in Thel. A place where Every one may craft. Where every thing you need, Equipment and supplies. I like the crafting system. But it can seem overwhelming to know you have to train subskills just to get what you need to learn what your interested in. I like the modest skill and level progression. I do fell however the skill system would feel more accessible and less tedious if things where centrally located. It would also make it easier to meet up and form parties. I am ok with RPing this. But I need some info. Like; Who do I send a petition to try and build this. What do I need to come up with in gold and materials. Is there a Militia in Thel. Who is in charge or even in it. Who would be willing to help me. But most important would you allow such a venture.

Maybe something like; Mykell and a few comrades are sharing drinks and recovering from a patrol into blackrealm activity in the area. "We were lucky to have avoided the trap they had set." "Aye" says another "They seem to be getting trickier." A third leans in "There patrols are becoming heavier as well. Their number surprised me." "We should get organized." Mykell interjects as he returns with a fresh round. "As a fighting force I mean. Train together. Meet regularly." Snearing the first interrupts with "You'll have us all in a bloody uniform next." "Not a 'Uniform' as such but organized and better equipped. We may be called upon to turn the tide. Will we be found wanting? If we add more equipment to the armory..." He/I would continue on from there. In a paliden like manor of course.

I spread out the crafting stations for a reason. I have no intention of having all the supplies sold on merchants, if I did that then everyone on the server would do the same craft.

So the Crafting stays as is, when more towns are built I will be moving some stations there. Like Jewlery in one , Maybe Brewing in another.

As far as RPing the Thel Milita , I am open to ideas but its up to the players to come up with them and I will try to support it.

Just a thought, but maybe it would be good if the comodites bag could be unpacked at the crafting area, like the armory.

I was told by another more seasoned player that the comodites bag was not realy a bag, but a item to represent the player having stored his supplies in the warehouse.

If this is so, who am I to argue. Very Happy

There are just some things I think do not and to RP, and running back and forth to pack and unpack your supplies is a bit tedious to me. But, then again, I can chose not to use the bag.

I once played on a server that had a few crafthalls, and whenever you entered, you could access your bag, and get to work. Very Happy

I think the idea of craft halls in various towns is a good one. One town could be known for its fashions, while another could be a farming town, and others could be armor and weapons producers, bow makers, etc.

Not only is it RP , but it lets players see something other than the crafting buildings for days on end. tongue

And it increases the likelihood of bumping into people who are doing other stuffs. Central crafthall means talking to the person in the crafting station next to yours, and that's pretty much all. Having to run about means bumping into people on the road.
