I am working at getting another city in, and it will be ocuppied and will need liberated. To do this King John will need to appoint a Lord to liberate and rule it. To choose a Lord, King John will hold tournaments (every sunday) and the champion of the Tornament will be given a writ of nobility and with it the ability to recruit knights (all others who took part in the tournaments) to help Liberate the new city.
