Figured I'd introduce my character here:

He goes by Vincent, and never tells his surname. There may be an explanation for that, but no one has asked just yet. He is a paladin of the goddess Ishania, patron to love, birth, fertility, and beauty (I'll flesh out the deity herself later. I plan on borrowing heavily from Ishtar, Lilitu, and Aphrodite/Venus to put the whole of the thing together, but without the whole 'women = temptation = evul' vibe the first and the latter two. Likely to use birds in the symbolism, esp. peacocks, swans, and doves). He is a bit blunt and generally quite practical in his habits, but still finds ways to express his esthetic sense through various means, and rarely passes on the chance to beautify something.
